Ceremony only – “Once Upon A Time…”

Includes a 30-minute Prelude as your guests are arriving to warm them up for the big moment. Then, your custom Bridal Party and Bridal walk-up songs, specially arranged to fade when the walking ends. A Unity Moment song serves as a free option to enhance your personalized ritual. After your vows and pronouncement by the officiant, we’ll play your custom Recessional song as you walk up the aisle as newlyweds, followed by 3 upbeat Postlude songs as guests transition to your cocktail hour or reception.
This includes a 30-minute planning session to talk through your timeline and song choices. A PDF copy of your timeline can be provided via email to share with your officiant. We will coordinate with you and your venue to take a tour so we know where to set up, where power is, etc. We’ll also be there for rehearsal to go over all the key moments. We’ll arrive early on your wedding day to set up our PA system and make sure everything is in great shape. Our sound system includes a wireless lapel microphone for your officiant and a handheld microphone for your vow exchanges.

This fully-orchestrated celebration includes everything in The Interlude, plus 4 hours of blended live and DJ experience to give you and your guests the best of both worlds, delivering your rocking party along with your dance rave. We’ll seamlessly transition from live to pre-recorded throughout your timeline, which we’ll expertly MC to keep everybody engaged and everything on time. Expect 2 hours of live music and 2 hours of DJing – in any way you can imagine – with a playlist going as we take a break for dinner.
Our dual setup will support 2 different spaces, so don’t worry about transitioning between elements – we would just need a few minutes to move instruments around, which can be buffered by our spillover playlist. This package will include a 1-hour planning session to go over your ceremony and reception timelines, as well as your custom song choices, which include your First Dance and Parent Dances as part of your complimentary 3 custom songs.
The Prologue

When a few songs is all you need – whether it’s a small ceremony or you just need that touch of live music for your walk down the aisle – we’ve got you covered. You may choose whatever songs you want to tell your unique love story. We can either coordinate with your DJ, bring our own sound system, or go full acoustic for that truly romantic feel.

Includes dance floor lighting to spice up the party, and wireless microphones for all your toasts. Finally, we include a 30-minute planning session to go over your timeline and song selection. We will curate your party soundtrack to you and your guests tastes.
The Signature
Ceremony + Reception

Add ceremony service to The Essential package. We’ll play beautiful Prelude music as your guests are arriving, followed by all your hand-picked songs throughout your ceremony. With our multi-space setup, you can have guests go seamlessly from your Ceremony to the Reception without skipping a beat (literally!). This package includes a 45-minute planning session to fill out both ceremony and reception timelines.

This is our VIP package where we take care of everything for you. With our multi-space setup, go seamlessly from your ceremony to cocktail hour to reception as your guests relish in all the musical moments. This is essentially our Signature package with an added cocktail hour, PLUS our Total Request offer where we’ll take requests from your guests and implement them into our party setlist, making your night completely unique.
